• Exports
• Productivity Tools
• Future premium features

We may modify, improve, discontinue, or replace features at any time.

4. Subscription Plans

AgileCoa.ch may offer:

• Free Plans
• Paid Subscription Plans
• Promotional Offers
• Enterprise Plans

Features available depend on the subscription selected.

We reserve the right to:

• Change pricing
• Introduce new plans
• Modify feature limits
• Retire legacy plans

Reasonable notice will be provided when required by law.

5. Payments & Billing

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method.

You agree that:

• Applicable taxes may be charged where required.

We do not store complete credit card, debit card, banking, or payment credentials.

6. Renewals & Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated:

• Paid subscriptions may renew automatically.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for prior charges.

Access to paid features may continue until the end of the active billing period.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and store within AgileCoa.ch, including:

• Prompts
• Templates
• Notes
• Libraries
• AI interactions

By using the Services, you grant AgileCoa.ch a limited license to process, store, and display such content solely for providing the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Does not violate laws.
• Does not infringe intellectual property rights.
• Does not contain malicious code.
• Does not contain prohibited content.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Abuse API endpoints or system resources.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.

are owned by Agile Coach Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted access

Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or unforeseen events may affect service availability.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Platform security is threatened.
• Required by law.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ends.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Agile Coach Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Business interruption

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agile Coach Private Limited from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
